White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt has been in the news for some time.
Once for her dress, then again for her dress, and now, for her workout routine.
Recently, Leavitt gave her social media fans a glimpse of her gym routine. She shared a video while doing dumbbell curls. The White House press secretary was wearing a sky blue sports bra along with navy blue leggings.
Soon after her workout routine went viral, fans on social media started gushing over her dedication to remain fit. The appreciation came majorly for prioritizing her health despite a hectic schedule at the oval office along with President Donald Trump.
However, Karoline has long been vocal about exercising four to five days a week. Back in a 2023 Instagram video, she showed her weightlifting routine and expressed her passion for fitness.
She also mentioned her background as a former NCAA Division II college softball player.

While most of us make excuses for our busy work life and ditch active workout sessions, Karoline Leavitt remains steadfast.
And her dedication is winning her praise from the online audience.
“I need to get my shit together. I’m not super out of shape by any means, but now i feel lazy. SHIT,” a motivated fan commented.
“She is so beautiful!!!!” another fan wrote.
“She’s terrific,” a third fan wrote.
“She looks fit! Love it!” another one wrote.
“What a great role model,” an admirer added.
Social media fans now look more supportive of her despite the earlier outfit controversies.
And the internet seems like a happy place for Leavitt to truly be herself.

A video of Karoline Leavitt’s workout routine has resurfaced, showing the White House Press Secretary flexing large weights.
The 27-year-old government spokesperson shared a clip of herself lifting dumbbells in 2023 and said she goes to the gym ‘four to five days per week’. The mom-of-one also revealed her past athletic prowess as a college softball player in the lengthy comment.
She wrote in a post: “Advocating for the conservative American values of faith, family, and freedom is my passion. It has also become my career. Another one of my passions is fitness. I was an athlete growing up, played NCAA D2 college softball, and try my best to workout 4-5 days per week. I believe it is a privilege to take care of ourselves — mentally and physically.”
Leavitt then used her post to criticize ‘woke’ sports brands and shared her support for a Conservative Activewear Brand called Yakkem. The clip came to the fore after another of her old Instagram posts resurfaced where she claimed: “No one works harder than President Trump.”
Leavitt, who interned at Fox News and the White House while earning a bachelor’s degree in communications and political science from Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire, served as Trump’s press secretary during his 2024 campaign. And in October of the previous year, she offered a glimpse into her daily routine.

“Come with me for a day in the life as President Trump’s press secretary,” Leavitt invited, standing in front of The Trump Organization’s Boeing 757, affectionately known as Trump Force One. She later corrected herself in the caption, stating “*72 hours* in the life”.
The day kicked off with Leavitt stepping onto the plane and showcasing the lavish interior to viewers. “Welcome to the notorious Trump Force One where even the coffee cups are branded,” she remarked, displaying a cup emblazoned with “TRUMP MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN”.

“Goodbye West Palm and it is rally day in Erie, Pennsylvania,” Leavitt announced as she stepped off the aircraft, greeted by an enthusiastic throng of supporters along the motorcade route. Later, Leavitt was seen chatting with a journalist at the rally. “I have a quick TV hit before President Trump takes the stage and the crowd goes wild listening to his message to make America strong and safe and wealthy again,” she commented.
