After nearly a decade spent as a beloved anchor on ESPN’s SportsCenter, she officially departed to sign a lucrative, multi-year deal with the streaming giant.
Initially, Duncan made her highly anticipated Netflix debut on January 23, 2026, by hosting Skyscraper Live. Since then, Duncan has anchored several of Netflix’s largest sporting events, including live coverage of Major League Baseball and mixed martial arts.
On Thursday night, she was front and center for some football in Australia.

Duncan’s black leather gloves became a major talking point and social media obsession during Netflix’s historic Week 1 NFL broadcast from Melbourne, Australia.
Initially, the pregame show was supposed to focus on the historic matchup between the 49ers and the Los Angeles Rams at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. However, as soon as the cameras cut to the studio desk, viewers were instantly distracted by Duncan’s bold fashion choices.
Specifically, she anchored the broadcast alongside legends Michael Irvin and Nick Foles while wearing a striking sleeveless suit paired with long black leather gloves.
In fact, play-by-play announcer Noah Eagle jokingly pointed out her fashion dominance during the game by stating that Duncan was “completely outfit-mogging our entire crew.”

After showing off her unique fashion sense, football fans on social media had a field day reacting to the unconventional look.
