Robert Griffin III Fires Back At Ryan Clark

Robert Griffin is married to Grete Griffin, who is a native of Estonia and a heptathlete.

On the latest episode of The Pivot Podcast, Ryan Clark chastised Griffin because he saw it as a broader point about why he had things to say about Angel Reese.

On X, the former NFL quarterback posted a lengthy response to Clark, who said that Griffin is on the “list of black men who’ve adopted the corny trend of denigrating black women to affirm their choices.”

“Ryan Clark didn’t like my take on Angel Reese hating Caitlin Clark. That’s fine,” Griffin wrote.

At the end of the post, Robert Griffin wrote, “Disagree with me all you want. Challenge my take. But keep my family and wife out of it.

Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is not the most popular guy on TV. That much was apparent while he was calling the Wild Card game between the Broncos and Bills for CBS on Sunday.

Romo, who has done very little to hide how much he admires Buffalo QB Josh Allen, had some praise for the MVP favorite while he was attempting to take his team to the Divisional Round.

Some fans felt like he was being overly gracious, while some simply couldn’t stand him talking in general.

“STFU AGAIN ROMO!!!!!!!!! I’M TIRED OF YOUR BILLS AND CHIEFS GLAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU’RE SICKENING ASF!!!!!!!!!!” an X user wrote.

“Can we start a petition to ban Romo from calling games,” another asked.

While Romo was getting slammed, his broadcast colleague touched an impressive milestone.

Jim Nantz has been with CBS for over 40 years and reached his 500th game with the network calling Sunday’s fixture.

Nantz and Romo have been working together for seven of those 40 years.
