Aishah Hasnie Has Been Part Of A Number Of News Programs, Including Fox News Live & America’s Newsroom
Hasnie is known for her work with Fox News, having joined in early 2019 as an overnight anchor and news correspondent. She is known to many for her work with a variety of programs, including Fox News Live, America’s Newsroom, and America Reports.
In 2026, Hasnie was announced as the permanent host of Fox News Live‘s 2-2 Eastern block on Saturday. However, viewers recently missed her on the program.
Since then, Hasnie has taken to social media to explain what is going on. In a recent post on X, Hasnie explained, “Hi friends! I am sad to say I won’t be hosting my show today. I lost my voice last weekend and just haven’t made enough progress to get back on TV yet.”
Hasnie Shared That Rich Edson Would Be Filling In For Her In The Meantime
Despite this setback, Hasnie assured that her Fox News colleagues gave her their support. She explained, “It’s been incredibly frustrating, but my bosses and colleagues at Fox have been incredible, helping me with my responsibilities all week.”
Hasnie also explained that Senior National Correspondent Rich Edson would be filling in for her. As she concluded the post, “My friend @richedson is in for me today. The team and I put together a fantastic show. Hoping to be back in a few days. Have a safe weekend and stay healthy!”
