Top5 Accuses Andre Drummond of Sleeping With His Ex While He Was Locked Up [VIDEO]

Rapper Top5 accuses Andre Drummond in a viral video of sleeping with his ex while he was locked up, sparking controversy around the Philadelphia 76ers center.

Andre Drummond and the Philadelphia 76ers are in the middle of an impressive run at the moment. With 22 wins and 16 losses, the 76ers will aim to further solidify their position in the league. However, amidst all of this, a unique controversy has plagued one of the team’s mainstays.

Andre Drummond has been in the news lately for several reasons. Back in November 2025, Drummond’s hair was being heavily trolled by the Clippers’ announcers. But as he returned to the Pacers’ lineup recently, Drummond was charged with something even more serious.

Canadian rapper Top5, also known as Hassan Ali, recently shared a video clip on the internet. It showed the rapper filming Drummond, accusing him of allegedly sleeping with his ex-wife.

“Can you believe this guy slept with my ex when i was in custody.”

@drummond YOUR A B*M,” read the caption on the video.

Now, at the moment, there is no confirmation about the allegations being true. Top5, too, did not provide any additional proof to back his claims. Meanwhile, as Drummond is showing signs of recovery, he had to leave the arena in a wheelchair, much to the agony of his fans.

The 76ers have been struggling with injuries that have been plaguing their rhythm and consistency. Till now, they have missed out periodically on Joel Embiid, VJ Edgecombe, Kelly Oubre Jr., and Trendon Watford. And if that was not enough, Drummond, too, was added to that list.

Back in November last year, playing against the 76ers, Drummond landed awkwardly while trying to catch a rebound. Immediately, it was evident that the 76ers’ star was in significant pain. Later, it was revealed that Drummond had a hyperextended knee and had to be carried off in a wheelchair.
