Colby and Wolfe had reportedly been friends for around a decade before American Pickers debuted. As seen on the show, they work at the office of the Antique Archaeology shop from its LeClaire, Iowa, home base.

In a recent social media post, Danielle was shown enjoying time in Puerto Rico in 2010. Danielle’s husband, Jeremy Scheuch, filmed the video, which saw them wear nothing but a leopard print thong and matching headband while floating on a pineapple pool float.

Danielle’s look segued into a discussion on the post’s caption. The American Pickers star shared that, “My roots in n@k&d work started in 1996, after my son was born.”

In a lengthy post, Danielle discussed what it was like feeling like the one who doesn’t fit in and people making you feel ashamed of things. This included those who wanted to “save,” “be”, or even “end me.” However, the star proclaimed, “None of them succeeded in doing any of the above.”

Danielle finished the post writing, “And remember, what other people think of you is none of your business. Now proceed on your path, continue to do cool s***, continue to inspire and uplift your community. And continue to inspire and uplift yourself. You deserve it.”

Also known by the stage name Dannie Diesel, Colby has a history with burlesque, having created the Burlesque Le Moustache troupe. In 2014, they also owned Dannie Diesel’s Bump ‘n’ Grind Academy in Chicago.

In another recent post, Danielle shared that American Pickers is “done” after 27 seasons. At the time, they shared they would move forward with their museum, Ecdysiast Arts Museum in Davenport, Iowa, which is dedicated to the history of burlesque. Notably, the museum’s Instagram page also had Danielle’s 2010 reshare.

Despite what Danielle said about American Pickers ending, History has not released an official statement. A source also denied the cancellation, sharing, “They are not shooting American Pickers right now because they have a season in the can, plus a new spin-off series.”
