It was WNBA fight night between Angel Reese and Rickea Jackson on Tuesday.
Reese got into it with another opponent this week. The Chicago Sky star had a heated moment with Los Angeles Sparks forward Rickea Jackson during Tuesday’s game between the two teams.
In the first quarter at Wintrust Center in Chicago, Jackson fought for a rebound with Sky guard Rebecca Allen off a Chicago miss.
Jackson and Allen were jockeying for a rebound when Jackson took exception to Allen’s physicality. Jackson and Allen got tangled up in the sequence and began trading words with one another. That led to Reese stepping in between the two, but she ended up being pushed by Rickea as a result.
There was another moment during that brie interaction that went widely unnoticed.
Kelsey Plum saw the scuffle late as she was talking to a ref, but once she figured out what was happening, she quickly asserted herself into the action.
Plum could be seen telling Angel Reese to go the other way while pushing her back from her teammate.

Both the Sparks and the Sky are having disappointing seasons thus far. Los Angeles entered play on Tuesday at just 4-10 on the year and Chicago was even worse at 3-10.
A scuffle occurred between the two teams that saw Angel Reese get pushed, but she would get the last laugh.
Kamilia Cardoso scored a career-high 27 points on this night.
Reese had a double-double, and the Chicago Sky beat the Los Angeles Sparks 97-86 on Tuesday night. Reese finished with 18 points and 17 rebounds.

Furious, Gable demanded the signs be removed—or he would walk off the movie. The studio complied. But his support didn’t stop there. Gable sat, ate, and treated McDaniel with respect when others wouldn’t, standing out in a world of rigid injustice.
