Shannon Sharpe did not listen to great advice on his show, and now he is dealing with the backlash.

In a candid moment from her 2024 appearance on Club Shay Shay podcast, comedian Mo’Nique offered Sharpe some relationship advice.

The clip, which recently resurfaced online, showcases Mo’Nique using her incredible humor and sincerity as she cautions Sharpe against dating significantly younger women.

“Shannon needs an old, fat gal,” Mo’Nique stated in the interview.

“Someone who bakes good cakes. Someone who can make a smothered turkey and rub his feet at the nighttime.”

Mo’Nique added, “You don’t need no 26-year-old girl. You don’t need no 36-year-old girl. This is your auntie talking to you. Take your ass and go get yourself an old b**ch out there.”

Shannon Sharpe could be seen laughing, but not necessarily taking that advice.

Shannon Sharpe’s decision to date a woman over 30 years his junior has come back to bite him.

OnlyFans model Gabriella’ Gabbi’ Zuniga has his name trending for all the wrong reasons.

He is currently being sued for $50M by an ex-girlfriend now, accusing him of assault, sexual assault, battery, and sexual battery, in addition to the intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Sharpe’s team revealed that they attempted to resolve the issue quietly with a $10M payout but that Zuniga backed out of the deal.

According to his attorney, the case is a “blatant and cynical attempt to shake down.”

His team also released alleged texts between them where Zuniga expresses her desire to be “choked” and dominated.

In the meantime, the accuser’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee, has released an audio clip allegedly featuring Sharpe issuing violent threats during a conversation with the woman.

It remains to be seen where Sharpe and his team go from here
