It seems like yesterday that Cardi B and Stefon Diggs announced to the world that they were expecting their first child together.
Cardi told CBS News in September that the baby would arrive before the start of her “Little Miss Drama” tour, which begins in February 2026. She was absolutely correct.
The Grammy-winning rapper, who had to stop breakup rumors earlier this year, is no longer pregnant after she gave birth on or around November 13, 2025.
On Wednesday, the rapper shared the first photos on Instagram of her newborn baby boy, whose name has not yet been revealed.
One picture shows Cardi B and Stefon Diggs sitting next to each other in a hospital bed, cradling the baby, whose face is blurred out. The second picture showed Cardi seated in a chair with the baby, who was wrapped in Patriots’ gear.

Fans have speculated for months about Stefon Diggs and whether he has yet another child to his name.
News broke that Diggs was facing a legal battle with Aileen Lopera, who is a model known as Lord Gisselle. Lopera, who was pregnant at the time of her filing, listed the New England Patriots star as the “parent” of the then-unborn child.
A paternity test would soon confirm that Stefon Diggs was the father.
“The paternity has been confirmed. Mr. Diggs is the father of the child,” Lopera’s attorney, Tamar Arminak, told Page Six.
“Now that the child’s paternity has been established and Mr. Diggs has acknowledged his daughter, my client hopes they can work toward being great parents to their child.”
Diggs is currently in a relationship with rapper Cardi B, who just had his most recent child.
Cardi B has three other children with her estranged husband, Offset.
