It was officially Kentucky Derby weekend at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky, and social media megastar Olivia Dunne made sure she showed up and showed out.

Dunne was chosen to start the 2025 Kentucky Oaks and begin the Kentucky Derby weekend, giving the iconic “riders up” call. In a stunning bright pink dress, Dunne turned heads as she introduced the Kentucky Derby weekend.

“Kentucky Oaks fans,” Dunne began. “Now, for the annual tradition we have all been looking forward to, riders up!”

Unfortunately for Olivia , it did not go as planned. Social media users noticed it was hard for her to remember a few sentences without looking down.

The social media megastar began getting roasted online for it.

A social media user wrote on her TikTok, “You introducing the race was a tough watch.”

Dunne saw the comment and responded: “I couldn’t hear myself because of the echo of the microphone.”
