Kelly Stafford, wife of Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, says she had a ‘mommy makeover.’ That is basically a code word for plastic surgery.
The podcast host is getting honest about the upgrades she has made to her appearance. With Matthews, they have welcomed four daughters, twins Sawyer and Chandler, eight, plus Hunter, six, and Tyler, four.
After ten years of marriage and three births, the mother of four decided to go through some maintenance.
The 36-year-old wife of NFL star Matthew Stafford didn’t shy away from sharing which procedures she’s gotten done while talking with her plastic surgeon, Dr. Garth Fisher, on a recent episode of her podcast The Morning After.
Sharing that she first visited Dr. Fisher in 2021, one year after the birth of her fourth daughter, Kelly detailed her plastic surgery.
“I had my boobs redone, and you also did the tummy tuck, and you put back together my abs,” Kelly Stafford told Dr. Fisher.
Stafford said the tummy tuck also helped get rid of excess skin.
“A lot of people who live in California know what a tummy tuck is, but in my mind, when I was told a tummy tuck, I was like, ‘That’s lipo, right?’” Stafford confessed.
“I was thinking fat removal and then skin, and I remember being like, ‘Oh man, OK.’”
Kelly Stafford said she’s happy she did the surgery now instead of later in life.
“You want to do it when you still have that urge to feel sexy,” Stafford said.
“I’m not saying at 18 years down the road I might not have a resurgence of that. But I also just think you’re older in age, and it gets tougher.”
This isn’t the first time Kelly has gone under the knife as she underwent a 12-hour surgery to remove a benign tumor from her brain in 2019.

Matthew Stafford’s wife, Kelly Stafford, is an open book that should’ve kept one chapter to herself.
Kelly appeared on a podcast where she revealed having cheated on Matthew with his backup quarterback while they were at Georgia together. According to the NFL WAG, she hooked up with the backup quarterback while she was a cheerleader at Georgia to get him jealous. Surprisingly enough, her plan did not backfire.
“At first, I hated him,” she said while discussing her relationship on the ‘Off the Vine’ podcast. “I loved him (actually). I dated the backup (quarterback at UGA) to piss him off, which worked. He was the bad boy, too. Like, Matthew’s so sweet and Southern gentleman and all that stuff and the backup was the complete opposite. It upset him which it worked thankfully.”
Fans assumed it was Joe Cox, which forced Kelly to come out and apologize.

Just sudden silence and then a camera rolling. The first episode replaced punchlines with gravity, centering on the name Virginia Giuffre and allegations long debated in public discourse. Within hours, view counts surged and timelines erupted with fierce arguments and stunned reactions. Supporters called it historic. Critics demanded proof. One episode. One name.
