Cincinnati Bengals fans are in shambles behind the injury to Joe Burrow.

Cincinnati’s thrilling win over Jacksonville was dampened when its star quarterback was forced to leave with a toe injury that could impact the Bengals’ season.

The sixth-year signal caller was forced out of the game after he was sacked by Jaguars pass rusher Arik Armstead in the first half. He would remain on the ground for several moments before leaving the field with the assistance of the Bengals’ training staff.

After undergoing an MRI during Sunday’s game, Burrow was later seen in a walking boot and on crutches.

The NFL’s reigning Comeback Player of the Year is expected to miss at least three months after suffering a turf toe injury during Sunday’s 31-27 win over the Jaguars.

Now, his fan base is going through it.

On Sunday, a few older Bengals fans reacted to Joe Burrow’s injury by punching each other in the face. One of the older men couldn’t contain his anger as he threw punches, got pushed on seats, and even held in a headlock as many others moved in to break it up.

It was Bengal on Bengal crime.

Bengals’ Must Make A Move After Joe Burrow’s Injury

The Cincinnati Bengals are 2-0, but the road ahead is suddenly daunting with Burrow reportedly out for a while. The procedure will keep Burrow out for a minimum of three months, meaning the earliest he could return is mid-December.

If the Bengals want to save this season, they may need to make a move.

One possible move could be for the team to make a blockbuster trade for Falcons backup quarterback Kirk Cousins. He has a proven track record in the regular season. He could keep this season afloat long enough for Burrow to possibly make his return for a playoff run.

Backup quarterback Jake Browning is the man for now. His track record includes a 4-3 record in 2023 when Burrow was injured. He finished that year with 12 touchdowns and seven interceptions.
