Kay Adams Goes Viral For Unexpected Moment Caught On Camera

Kay Adams didn’t wait for football fans to roast her. She knew it was coming, so she did it herself.
The longtime NFL media personality shared a video from Fanatics Fest in which she’s shown attempting to pull off the Heisman pose.
It didn’t exactly go as planned.
The Instagram clip shows Adams striking the pose alongside Keegan-Michael Key, or at least what was supposed to be the pose.
She poked fun at herself in her caption.
“wanna see the worst heisman pose of all time? 🙋🏻♀️ what was I trying to do here? i need to take a lap,” she wrote.

Fans appreciated that Adams laughed at herself before anyone else could. However, others couldn’t resist piling on.
“Relax,” one wrote. “You know who else had the ball in his right hand when doing the Heisman pose… Desmond Howard in 1991. The most famous Heisman pose in history, was technically incorrect.”
Another user asked her to “Drop the mic and do it 😂.”
“You did great, look at your pose from the side view like it was intended and you nailed it!” claimed a third.

The Heisman pose has become one of football’s most recognizable celebrations. It mimics the iconic Heisman Trophy statue and frequently appears in photo shoots, promotional events and college football media days.
