The Bills officially christened their brand new Highmark Stadium by defeating the Lions 41-31. Star quarterback Josh Allen dominated the field by accounting for five total touchdowns during the game. He threw for three scores and added two rushing touchdowns.

Following the contest, the Bills would move their record to 2-0 after defeating the Lions and Texans within five days. Consequently, the Lions would drop to 1-1.
During the Thursday Night Football broadcast, an on-screen graphic error accidentally inflated the seasonal records of both teams. The television graphic mistakenly showed the victorious Buffalo Bills at 3-0. Furthermore, the network’s automated production blunder incorrectly listed the Detroit Lions as 1-2.
Social media was convinced the Week 3 script had already leaked.

The undefeated Buffalo Bills look like legitimate Super Bowl contenders after starting their seasonal campaign with a dominant 2-0 record. Their championship-caliber status stems primarily from an overwhelmingly explosive offensive unit guided by coordinator Joe Brady. Furthermore, elite quarterback Josh Allen has completely dominated opposing defenses with his unmatched playmaking abilities. He accounted for five incredible touchdowns last night during a statement victory against Detroit.
If there is a Week 3 script, the Bills certainly do not need it with the way they are playing.
The front office’s offseason focus on strengthening roster depth is already paying massive dividends on the field. Additionally, new defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard has successfully installed a highly aggressive and opportunistic system.
