Could LeBron James be on the move?

Sportsbooks certainly think it might be a possibility.

While the Lakers most certainly care about how James’ final chapter goes and would love nothing more than to celebrate the 40-year-old’s legendary career all season long before he headed off into the proverbial sunset, there is a chance they could try and trade him to further cement themselves into the Luka era.

James’ agent, Rich Paul, told ESPN’s Shams Charania on Sunday the 21-time All-Star was picking up his $52.6 million player option but “will be closely monitoring the Lakers’ moves and whether the team is positioning itself this offseason to field a title-contending roster.”

As a result of that report, a lot of fans dove into the NBA trade machine to formulate deals with James at the center.

One team is now leading the charge.

One sportsbook has the Dallas Mavericks as the favorites to land LeBron James in a trade.

Next on that list is a familiar place in the Cleveland Cavs.

After that, it’s the Golden State Warriors, New York Knicks, San Antonio Spurs, Los Angeles Clippers, and the Philadelphia 76ers.

LeBron James’ decision to remain with the Lakers was expected, but the announcement that accompanied it has raised eyebrows around the league.

The news came with a statement from agent Rich Paul indicating that James will monitor the team’s offseason moves to determine whether it can be a title contender.

Whether a trade will happen depends on whether other teams actually want him.

Appearing on Get Up, ESPN’s Bobby Marks bluntly reported that “there isn’t” much of a market for James at the moment.

“And I talked to numerous teams yesterday and asked that same question, would you give up basically the farm, basically you’d have to give up four or five players to go get LeBron James for one year? And the unanimous answer was no, they wouldn’t.

“Now, the stakes change a lot if LeBron James ever became a free agent and did some type of buyout in Los Angeles. There, you would have 29 teams lined up for him.”

“I had surgery two years back on my shin. I have a rod in my leg… I cover the scar on one, and then the two players that I admire, Te’a Cooper and A’ja Wilson, also wear it, too. So it is swag. But I have used it to cover my scar,” said Angel Reese. She revealed that she had surgery on her leg and had a scar on it. She wears the leggings to hide that scar and at the same time as a swag fashion accessory.

After the Tigers failed to stand up against Caitlin Clark and the Hawkeyes the fans were left wondering if the LSU star Angel Reese would declare for the upcoming NBA draft. Reese has answered those questions with a beautiful photoshoot in collaboration with Vogue. Reese did a photo shoot with the brand and announced that she would be declaring for the WNBA draft.

Reese expressed her thoughts about the decision on her official X (formerly Twitter) account. “Making my announcement with VOGUE was ICONIC. In the new world that I am stepping into, just believe in me, trust in me, and give me time to learn and grow!” said Reese in the post. She thanked her supporters for their support and love and also asked them to trust her in her new journey.
