Los Angeles Rams huddle (Steve Roberts-Imagn Images)
Alaric Jackson may face significant financial losses due to his alleged actions that led to his suspension during the 2024 season.
TheΒ Los Angeles Rams left tackle is facing a damning lawsuit from a Philadelphia woman, who alleges that he recorded her without her consent during s3x, denied her requests to delete the video, and taunted her with its existence.
The lawsuit states that she informed theΒ NFLΒ about it, and after investigating it, they would suspend him.
βThatβs behind us now, Iβm keeping it in-house right nowβ¦β Jackson said at the time. βI was definitely selfish, but itβs behind me now, and weβre going to move forward with it.β
The suspension without pay cost Alaric Jackson over $500,000.
Sarah Barshop of ESPNΒ reportsΒ that the lawsuit seeks compensation for βemotional distress, loss of privacy, and psychological harm,β and alleges violations of gender violence, revenge porn laws, invasion of privacy, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, and fraud.
It has been two straight years that a Rams player has been suspended by the league. Earlier this year, Los Angeles Rams wide receiverΒ Drake Stoops was suspended after violating the leagueβs performance-enhancing substances policy.

Los Angeles Rams left tackle Alaric Jackson is facing a lawsuit from a Philadelphia woman.
The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, outlined how they met each other on Instagram before she visited him at his Los Angeles home at his invitation in May 2024, ESPN first reported.
She wouldnβt find out until later that Jackson recorded their s3xual encounter and promptly demanded that he delete the video.
Jackson refused to delete the video, the lawsuit claims, and told the woman that she βwould never knowβ whether the video was deleted.
Once she returned to Philadelphia, she would keep in touch with Alaric Jackson to ensure that he would delete that video. He initially told her he had deleted it, but then later sent her the video, βconfirming that he had lied about its deletion,β the lawsuit states.
She decided not to pursue a criminal case at the time and just informed the league, which suspended him. Now, she is coming for his bank account.
The 6-foot-7, 338-pound lineman is in his fifth NFL season, all with the Rams.
