Sophie Cunningham dancing in a black top

Sophie Cunningham’s hips do not lie.

Sophie Cunningham has made it clear on social media that she is going to show off her body whenever she gets the chance.

The free agent Indiana Fever guard flaunted her chiseled core in her return to social media weeks after admitting to having herpes. She is expressive, comfortable in front of the camera, and unafraid to show personality beyond basketball. At the same time, she remains driven by purpose and competition.

She was back showing off her personality when she took to TikTok and dropped her latest dancing video. Cunningham started the video rocking a sleeveless black top and gray pants. Her hips and abs took center stage in the video. After messing around with her hair, she would then wave her hand in front of the camera.

Sophie Cunningham then returned wearing a blue-and-white striped outfit, with her midsection still exposed. She even gave a look at the back as she let out a slight twerk.

“Sophie Cunningham. Her hips are an 8.2 on the Richter scale, a post on X said.

How fans reacted:

“She’s an easy 9.1,” one fan said.

“The name of the game self-promotion, and Sophie is becoming very proficient. A top draft choice in that category,” a second fan wrote.

“Everybody should love themselves like Sophie Cunningham loves herself some Sophie Cunningham..,” a third fan added.

“As an athlete, yes Sophie got the goods and once her basketball-playing days are over and she put some more meat on those bones! Watch out!! 😋,” a fourth fan commented.

“She has the right moves, love to watch her ❤️,” a final fan stated.

Cunningham earned the nickname “The Enforcer” after defending Clark on the court and causing a massive brawl. This came weeks before she eventually suffered a season-ending injury. She is an unrestricted free agent for the 2026 WNBA season following the expiration of her one-year contract with the Indiana Fever.

Due to ongoing CBA negotiations and potential, she has delayed signing with a new team. After being traded to Indiana from the Phoenix Mercury ahead of the season, she quickly became a key contributor on both ends of the floor.

In 30 games in 2025, Cunningham averaged 8.6 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists, and 1.0 steals in 25.2 minutes per game. Cunningham also knocked down 1.7 3-pointers per game at a 43.2% clip. Her season ultimately ended prematurely in August after suffering a torn MCL.

She is fully expected to be healthy by the time she hits the court in 2026.
