Brink’s viral post shows her comeback is near.

Cameron Brink is going popular for reasons beside the basketball court. The Los Angeles Sparks forward went viral after posting a photo in a green swimsuit on Instagram with the caption, “I missed LA.”

The post was loved well and crossed 70,000 likes within a few hours. Fans filled the comments while Brink enjoyed the end of her offseason in Los Angeles.

Her post came at the same time the WNBA made big news. The league and the Women’s National Basketball Players Association agreed on a new deal. It will raise the salary cap to $7 million and increase the top salary to $1.4 million. Average salaries will be around $600,000, marking a big step forward for players.

Brink is now at an important stage in her career. She has played 34 games since joining the league in 2024, averaging 5.1 points and 4.3 rebounds. She is now focused on staying healthy and coming back strong next season.

Brink Speaks Openly On Body Image And Confidence

Brink has not stayed quiet about her journey off the court. During her appearance in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2025, she spoke about body image and the pressure female athletes face.

“I think it’s always really hard to be a woman in this world, but especially a female athlete,” Brink said. “Am I supposed to look more feminine? Am I supposed to look more athletic? What’s the balance?”

She continued with honesty. “My femininity I hold that very close to my self-image, so it’s definitely gone back and forth. I think every female athlete’s had a really rough go with body image.”

Brink said she feels more confident in herself now. She described her experience with the magazine as empowering and said she hopes others can feel that same confidence.

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit featured Brink in its 2025 rookie class. The group also included Eileen Gu, Nelly Korda, and Suni Lee. They did their photo shoots in Boca Raton.

For now, Brink is taking time to rest while staying active online. Fans are waiting to see her back on the court. Until then, she keeps connecting with them in her way.

Fearne Cotton has broken her silence on split from husband Jesse Wood in her first TV interview since the breakup.

Fearne announced her split from Jesse, the son of Rolling Stones bass guitarist Ronnie Wood, in December after 10 years of marriage.

She has since made swipes at Jesse and moved on with TV director Elliot Hegarty, with the pair having been seen kissing during a recent night out.

Fearne has had a difficult few months after undergoing surgery to remove two benign tumours from her jawline, just days before her split with Jesse emerged.

She told host Lorraine: ‘It’s all very amicable and kids are doing great. I am in a very good place.’place.’

Discussing her recent surgery, she added: ‘I feel very grateful to have completely recovered.

‘I feel really good. I have a lot of people reaching out who have had the same thing.’

Davina McCall, 56, announced in November she’d been diagnosed with a colloid cyst, a rare type of benign brain tumour, and has supported Fearne.

She continued: ‘Everyone needs a Davina. She’s been amazing, weird that we had the same health thing going on at the same time. She’s so calming and we speak every day. She is just the best

It comes after Fearne has seemingly made another thinly-veiled dig at her ex-husband as she gushed that she is the happiest she’s ever been in a positive update.

Speaking to Scott Mills on his BBC Radio 2 breakfast show, Fearne gushed that she is ‘really happy’ and is ‘springing out of bed in the morning ready for life’.

Scott, who has known Fearne for 25 years, said he has never seen her ‘more positive or happier’, prompting Fearne to agree and reply: ‘Yeah I feel great!’

She told how her health scare has changed her outlook and said she has been seeking comfort from Davina.
