The Real Housewives of Miami star, 52, posted an image of herself standing on a balcony in a blue dress, her hair down, sometime around July 23.
Almost immediately, fans flooded the comments with confusion, unable to recognize her.
“Has anyone seen Larsa? Who is this?” one wrote.

This isn’t new territory for Pippen. Just under a year ago, she faced a wave of concern after appearing on live TV with a noticeably puffier face, a moment that prompted a surgeon to weigh in on what may have caused the change. At the time, Pippen chalked it up to a reaction from a cosmetic treatment rather than any dramatic procedure.
She previously explained that PRP injections had triggered an allergic reaction, leaving her face temporarily swollen, and assured fans the swelling would come down on its own. The timing is notable, too, since “Real Housewives of Miami” remains on pause ahead of a potential eighth season, leaving fans with little else to talk about regarding the cast.
Pippen’s appearance has become a recurring topic online, arriving alongside other headlines about her personal life. She previously dated Michael Jordan’s son, Marcus Jordan, before moving on to boyfriend Jeff Coby, and news of her recent breakup from Coby broke earlier this year after roughly a year of dating.
