An old Rob Gronkowski interview clip was pushed across X this week. The former tight end was asked about rumors that Aaron Hernandez acted out during New England team meetings.

Gronkowski, who played alongside Hernandez from 2010 to 2012, responded to the claims of Hernandez m*sturbating in team meeting rooms. He stated that he “may or may not have seen it live.”
Rob called the behavior “crazy” and “epic.” However, he noted that he “didn’t mind things like that” because he loved “crazy sh-t” and nothing phased him. Gronkowski admitted that he didn’t foresee the extreme and tragic escalation of Aaron Hernandez’s personal and legal issues later in life.
Hernandez Gets Convicted and Then Dies In Prison

Aaron Hernandez was convicted of first-degree murder in 2015 and died by suicide in his prison cell two years later. Initially, Hernandez was a highly successful NFL player with a $40 million contract extension.
However, his life took a drastic turn in June 2013 when the body of Odin Lloyd was found in an industrial park near Hernandez’s home. Consequently, investigators began looking into Hernandez’s connection, discovering surveillance footage and forensic evidence linking him to the crime scene.
As a result, the New England Patriots cut Hernandez from the team. Hernandez stood trial in early 2015 for the murder of Lloyd. The jury found Hernandez guilty of first-degree murder, which carried a mandatory sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Meanwhile, while serving his life sentence, Hernandez was also indicted for a separate 2012 double homicide in Boston. Surprisingly, a jury acquitted Aaron Hernandez of those double murder charges, offering him a brief legal victory.
Unfortunately, just days after his acquittal in the second trial, the situation took a tragic turn. Correctional officers found Hernandez hanging in his cell at the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center.
