Luka Doncic has been in a relationship with model Anamaria Goltes since 2016. Doncic proposed to Goltes on July 7, 2023, in their native Slovenia. But some fans thought that things were not good between the couple after Goltes was alleged to have removed their engagement post on Instagram.

A fan, @KT_3410, has been monitoring Doncic and Goltes’ activities on Instagram. The account shared a screenshot on X of Goltes’ IG account, with the engagement post seemingly not being pinned on her profile anymore.

That came after the same account shared screenshots of Doncic liking IG models’ posts.

However, the claims made by the X account are not true. If you go through Anamaria Goltes’ Instagram account, their engagement post is still pinned. It’s right next to her post showing their children, Gabriela and Olivia, from December 2023 and December 2025.

In addition to her personal posts, Anamaria hasn’t deleted any Luka Doncic-related posts. She also has Doncic on her Instagram stories, so it’s safe to assume that the rumors aren’t true.

The couple has been together for a decade and has been engaged for nearly three years. They have two daughters together, though the rumors really started in January after Anamaria shared a recap of her decade without mentioning Doncic, as reported by People.com.

People immediately went to the comments section to ask Goltes about her relationship. However, she seemingly responded to the speculation of a split with a second part of her decade recap, showing off her engagement ring.

Luka Doncic and Anamaria Goltes have been very private about their personal lives. But Doncic once opened up about their relationship in an appearance on “Headliners with Rachel Nichols” on Showtime back in December 2023, when he was still part of the Dallas Mavericks.

“I met her in Croatia in the same camp I go to now,” Doncic said. “I met her when we were 11, I don’t know, something like that. So I’m really happy to have her. It’s been great, and she helps me a lot.”

Doncic added that Goltes isn’t a huge fan of basketball. It helps take a lot of pressure off when he comes home to her because they don’t talk about the game he loves. However, he loves that she has been very supportive of his career.
