President Trump has been filmed exploding at an ‘obnoxious’ reporter then angrily gesturing with his finger.

During a session aboard Air Force One, a journalist inquired: “Can you explain why you’re sending 5,000 marines and sailors?”

A clearly agitated Trump, who has previously slammed for attacking female reporters, did not like her line of questioning. It comes afterΒ Trump’s strange reaction after learning the Iran’s new Supreme Leader might be gay.

Trump immediately silenced her, gestured toward her and responded curtly: “You’re a very obnoxious person.”

He immediately pivoted to a male journalist, saying, “Go on, what were you saying?”.

The interaction sparked significant backlash on social media, particularly given the deployment of thousands of American military personnel overseas for what many perceive as a conflict serving Israel’s interests. Already, at least 13 U.S. service members have lost their lives in the past two weeks.

An X user commented, “That’s the exchange. That’s the briefing. That’s the transparency. 5,000 American service members’ sons, daughters, and parents are deployed to a war zone.

“And when asked why, the commander-in-chief calls the questioner “obnoxious. ” No strategy. No endgame. No explanation. Just insults. The families of those 5,000 deserve answers.

“The American people deserve answers. The troops themselves deserve answers. Instead, they get a president who thinks accountability is annoying. This isn’t leadership. It’s deflection with a tan.”

“Trump really can’t keep this up for much longer – he’s so sick of being a President that has to contend with even a modicum of accountability,” another commenter observed.

A third person remarked, “The President of the United States can’t even give an answer to a simple question without deflecting to insults!

“He must be removed from office,” one X user wrote simply.

This represents just one instance among numerous occasions where Trump has openly disrespected reporters, particularly female journalists, merely for posing questions.

In a particularly notable incident last November, he shouted at a female reporter, “Quiet piggy!” after she inquired about his name appearing in emails linked to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

As recently as last month, Trump targeted CNN’s Kaitlan Collins, branding her “the worst reporter” when questioned about the Epstein Files. He snapped, “CNN has no ratings because of people like you.”

He then remarked, “You’re a young woman, I don’t think I’ve ever seen you smile.

“I’m asking you about survivors,” Collins attempted to redirect to her original question. Trump interrupted her, declaring CNN “a very dishonest organization, they should be ashamed of you.”

During Thanksgiving week, Trump verbally confronted a female journalist questioning him about the suspect involved in the violent attack on two National Guard members in Washington, D. C.

“Are you stupid? Are you a stupid person?” he demanded.

Trump has also labeled ABC News’ Mary Bruce “a terrible person,” among numerous other incidents.

The conflict now extends without a clear endpoint. According to The Wall Street Journal, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has authorized the deployment of an “element of an amphibious ready group and attached Marine expeditionary unit.”

Such units generally consist of multiple warships and approximately 5,000 Marines and sailors.

Fox News’ chief national security correspondent, Jennifer Griffin, confirmed the repositioning but clarified that the deployment involves roughly 2,500 Marines.
