Anthony Edwards has been branded as the next face of the NBA for his excellence on the court. However, his name is constantly being brought up in bad behavior when it comes to his personal life.

He has been engaged in a nasty, public legal battle with his alleged baby mother, Ayesha Howard.

Earlier this year, InTouch reported that Howard submitted screenshots of their contentious text conversations to counter his attempts to have a Georgia judge decide on paternity and child support.

In one conversation, Howard suggested that there was a lesson for him in their difficult experience, and he replied, “I’m not tryna learn.” In another conversation, she revealed that she was pregnant, and Edwards replied, “Get da abortion lol.”

The latest text conversation is just as wild.

Ayesha Howard submitted alleged texts from the Minnesota Timberwolves star, which showed the two going back and forth about condoms, In Touch reported.

Ayesha filed new court documents last week to plead for a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to reconsider the ruling that California was not the proper state to determine child support.

Anthony and Ayesha had a daughter named Aubri Summer Howard, born in October 2024. In December 2024, the parties performed a DNA test, which confirmed that Aubri was Anthony’s child.

In the text messages, Ayesha asks Edwards, “You don’t like condoms?”

He allegedly replied, “I do, but not those ones,” referring to whatever brand that was provided to him during a sexual encounter.

Howard then stated, “Ok, well, just don’t be wilding slanging it everywhere. I’d be lying if I said the condom didn’t throw me off or that I didn’t want you to. But I’m hoping you have some discipline with your lifestyle and all.”

She continued: “I f–k with you so I let it happen, but I was being serious when I said I don’t deal with anyone.”

Anthony Edwards replied: “Ian f–king nobody raw. I gotcha.”

Howard said, “I think very highly of you, yes you,” before the text cut off.

Anthony Edwards Made It Clear That Their Child Would Be Without A Father

Anthony Edwards allegedly told Ayesha Howard to get an abortion after she revealed her pregnancy to him in 2024.

Howard filed for their paternity and child support case to be heard in California after the Minnesota Timberwolves star filed in Georgia.

In January 2024, [she] discovered that [she] was pregnant with his child,” per docs first obtained by InTouch Weekly.

Howard claimed the shooting guard was unhappy and blocked her on all platforms.

Anthony Edwards was upfront about his feelings. In another conversation, she asked if he hated her, and he replied, “[Yes]. Because you bringing a child in the world that’s [going to] be without a father.”

Edwards’ issue isn’t about having a child, but solely because it was conceived with Howard.
