Sports analyst Stephen A. Smith and Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James are always in the limelight for their online clashes. Still, the situation worsened when Smith’s daughter revealed her desire for something related to LeBron James.

Smith reportedly expressed his feelings about not talking to James, but the veteran player has not made any public statement yet regarding that issue. Despite their heated exchange, Smith never forgets to address James’ well-being. Stephen A. Smith reportedly wants James to return to the Cleveland Cavaliers for another strong championship push.

James’s future with the Lakers is uncertain. The 40-year-old will enter his 22nd season in the NBA and is playing an elite-level game. He reportedly handed over the responsibility to the franchise’s future face, Luka Doncic.

Speaking on her father’s podcast, Smith’s daughter, Samantha Smith, stated something that had fans buzzing. When asked whether she hates LeBron, she jokingly claimed to have a crush on Bryce James, LeBron James’ younger son, about a year ago.

I remember Bryce James, right? He’s a great player, and there’s Bronny, too. But I remember I used to have the biggest crush on Bryce James, about a year ago,” Samantha said.“So it was awkward [during the beef] just between Bryce and me. He doesn’t know who I am, which was difficult for me to deal with.”

However, Smith did not expect this to come. Later, she confirmed that she was joking, and Smith sighed in relief. Whether this was a joke or real, the moment brought some fun to the basketball followers.
