Keri Hilson recently opened up about her romance with Serge Ibaka, saying she thinks their age difference played a significant role in their breakup.

On his Funky Friday podcast, Keri had a conversation with Cam Newton. She talked candidly about her past relationship with NBA player Serge Ibaka while discussing her love life. She asserts that Serge mistreated her, and he even affirms that he ought to have treated her better.

She praised their appearance together but acknowledged that the relationship had taught her to “leave quicker.” She acknowledged that after ten months, she spotted indications that she should have left but lingered, making her doubt some of the relationship’s claims.

Additionally, she disclosed that they attempted individual and couples therapy with several therapists and even spoke with his pastor, but to no avail. Keri reiterated her belief that their seven-year age difference was a significant factor in their split.
