Angel Reese Wasted No Time Sending Message To Her Critics After Winning Gold For Team USA [VIDEO]
Angel Reese let everybody know.
Team USA beat France 97-79 in Berlin and locked up a fifth straight FIBA World Cup title. Angel Reese left with gold and a line aimed at the people who spent two weeks picking her apart.
USA Basketball posted the medal clip first.
“Came for Gold. Earned Gold.”
The account later dropped another video of Reese on the floor.

The federation framed her as the face of the win. She framed it as unfinished business.
“I came here for something and I’m not leaving without it, OK?” Reese said after the final.

Angel Reese Answers The Noise That Followed Her To Berlin

Reese came off the bench behind Breanna Stewart, Napheesa Collier and Kahleah Copper. She still led the Americans in blocks.
The gold game was not her scoring night. Stewart took MVP with 22 points and 10 rebounds. Jackie Young scored 18 and Copper added 15. Caitlin Clark finished with 12 after a slow start. Reese’s value sat on the glass and at the rim.
She already had a national title at LSU. This one sits next to it. The Dream forward called the roster “AR15. Reporting for duty” when camp opened. Sunday made the caption look like a promise.

Reese did not match that energy in the official clips. USA Basketball kept cutting to her. The “Gold Angel” video is her on the floor after the medal. The other post is the whole team holding hardware. She is in both.
A bench moment with Clark against Hungary already showed they could share a row. Sunday’s box score showed they can share a gold medal too. The internet still wants a feud. The federation wants the hardware.
Reese also survived the Zhang Ziyu mismatch in the opener. That clip made her look small. The medal photo does not.
