BIG Brother’s Katherine Woodman has given fans an update on her ‘crazy’ health concerns and hospital dash.

The Big Brother star took to social media to tell followers the truth behind the alarming rumor she’s ‘suffered a stroke’.

Posting a picture on her Instagram Stories with her hand on her chin, and a wide-eyed look on her face, the blonde beauty shared the reassuring snap.

With her long hair down and wearing a cosy jumper, the reality TV star wrote: “After some concerned messages, I just wanted to share that I’m okay.

“I’m in good health and specifically have not suffered from a stroke.”

She concluded: “These Facebook rumors are crazy.”

The original post she was referring to claimed she had suffered ill health.

It read: “Shocking news: Katherine Woodman announces she has been hospitalized after suffering a stroke while on her way home.”

Duped fans commented at the time: “Prayers and love to you Katherine Woodman for a speedy recovery.”

A second added: “Praying for her get well soon.”

A third penned: “So sorry to hear that you had a stroke. Sending prayers for a speedy recovery.”

The fake report claimed she ‘was rushed to hospital’ after suffering a ‘sudden stroke’ while traveling back from a ‘scheduled event.’

The incorrect article also included a ‘statement’ from ‘her family’.

The South Carolina native rose to fame on Big Brother season 27 and hasn’t looked back.

Many BB fans were less than impressed with her relationship with co-star Rylie.

Since the show ended last September, fans have begged Katherine to dump fellow former contestant Rylie as they felt his behavior on the show was “toxic.”

The lovebirds were evicted from the game in the middle of the season and had been taking time apart to process the aftermath and backlash from their time on Big Brother.

But Katherine recently confirmed that the lovebirds are still happily together.

Katherine and Rylie were seen previously enjoying some time at Magic Kingdom with other BB27 co-stars, including Zach, Lauren, Keanu, Kelley, and Amy.

Rylie commented on their cute Disney snaps: “My happily ever after.”
