Kylie Kelce is on the verge of having the most famous sister-in-law in the world.

The wife of former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce and sister-in-law to Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce will soon be adding Taylor Swift to her family following the couple’s engagement announcement late last month.

In an interview with Good Morning America this week, Kylie said that she and her daughters are “thrilled” at the idea of Swift joining the family. She said that the girls are excited to be “getting another aunt” and that everyone is happy for the couple and what their future holds.

“The girls are thrilled,” Kylie said on Friday. “They’re so excited they’re getting another aunt. And we could not be more excited for them and what the future holds. We love love, and we love Taylor and Trav!”

Kylie Kelce has always sang Swift’s praises, not just for her personal achievements but for how Swift makes her brother-in-law happy.

“I am very forthcoming with how much I love and appreciate [Taylor Swift], and how much I love the fact you can tell how happy Travis is,” she said. “And that’s what I care about.”

The Swift-Kelce relationship

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s romance sparked in July 2023, when the Chiefs tight end tried (and failed) to give her a friendship bracelet at an Eras Tour stop—then talked about it on his podcast, which eventually led them to connect. Swift soon became a fixture at Chiefs games and famously joined Kelce on the field after Kansas City’s overtime win in Super Bowl LVIII in February 2024; a few months later, Kelce made a playful on-stage cameo during Swift’s London show at Wembley.

On August 26, 2025, they announced their engagement, and reporting since has emphasized they’re savoring the moment rather than rushing into wedding planning. Through busy NFL seasons and a globe-spanning tour, they’ve consistently shown up for each other, turning a private connection into a very public—and mutually supportive—partnership.
