Luka Doncic has been unwittingly thrust into legal proceedings.

Luka Doncic’s fiancée, Anamaria Goltes, has filed a petition for child support of their two kids, according to TMZ Sports.

The publication recently spilled the beans on Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott’s fiancée ending their engagement and canceling their wedding, set for April 10.

Doncic played in Dallas himself but now plies his trade in Los Angeles.

TMZ has obtained documents stating that Anamaria moved back to Slovenia last May and has custody of their children, the second of whom was born in December. They also state that she isn’t seeking custody; she’s only after child support and attorney fees.

“The petition does not seek custody orders — only child support and attorney fees,” TMZ notes.“It’s unclear why Anamaria filed the docs — there could be several reasons … one being simply wanting to have their arrangements fully established in American court.”

Luka and Anamaria got together in 2016. The six-time All-Star proposed in July of 2023. They had their first child, Gabriela, in November, a few months later. Their second, Olivia, was born on December 4, 2025.

The Lakers star traveled to Slovenia for her birth.

As noted above, Doncic previously played in Dallas.

The Atlanta Hawks selected him as the third overall pick in 2015 before trading him to the Mavericks for draft rights to Trae Young and a protected 2019 first-round pick.

The Mavericks shockingly traded the Slovenian point guard to the Lakers in exchange for Anthony Davis last February. Max Christie followed Davis to Dallas, while the Mavs also got a 2029 first-round pick.

Maxi Kleber and Markieff Morris joined Doncic in L.A. as part of the trade. The deal has since been labeled the worst in NBA history.
