Angel Reese has new stomping grounds.

The next time the city of Chicago sees Angel Reese, she will be rocking a new jersey. Reese leaves the Sky after two seasons in which she made two All-Star teams and led the league in rebounding twice.

Reese, a two-time All-Star, is being traded from the Chicago Sky to the Atlanta Dream, the teams announced Monday. The Sky will acquire a 2027 first-round pick and a 2028 first-round pick in exchange for Reese. They will also swap second-rounders in 2028.

“Angel has achieved many record-breaking milestones in her first two years in the WNBA and has been a competitive force for the Sky,” Chicago general manager Jeff Pagliocca said in a statement. “We are thankful for her many important contributions to this league and this game, and we know she will continue to have a big impact on the court and beyond. We wish Angel all the best in her next chapter.”

This move has been predicted for months. Once Angel Reese spoke out against the franchise, she was suspended, and things went downhill from there.

In her first two seasons in the WNBA, Angel Reese made the All-Star team twice and earned down-ballot MVP votes as a rookie. She was traded to the Atlanta Dream on Monday, the team confirmed.

Following the announcement, she broke her silence. Reese confirmed the news, calling it an “Angel’s dream” to play for Atlanta.

Since joining the WNBA, Reese has performed like an elite player. As a rookie, she averaged 13.6 points and 13.1 rebounds per game, earning an All-Star Game selection. She was bombarded with complaints over her shooting percentage, so she got better in her second year.

Reese averaged 14.7 points and 12.6 rebounds per game. She managed to increase her two-point field-goal percentage from .400 to .478 in her second season. Her performance earned Reese another trip to the All-Star Game.

Fearne Cotton has broken her silence on split from husband Jesse Wood in her first TV interview since the breakup.

Joining Lorraine Kelly on Monday’s episode of the ITV show, the TV presenter, 43, also gave an health update after having two tumours removed from jaw.

Fearne announced her split from Jesse, the son of Rolling Stones bass guitarist Ronnie Wood, in December after 10 years of marriage.

She has since made swipes at Jesse and moved on with TV director Elliot Hegarty, with the pair having been seen kissing during a recent night out.

Fearne has had a difficult few months after undergoing surgery to remove two benign tumours from her jawline, just days before her split with Jesse emerged.

She told host Lorraine: ‘It’s all very amicable and kids are doing great. I am in a very good place.’place.’

Discussing her recent surgery, she added: ‘I feel very grateful to have completely recovered.

‘I feel really good. I have a lot of people reaching out who have had the same thing.’

Davina McCall, 56, announced in November she’d been diagnosed with a colloid cyst, a rare type of benign brain tumour, and has supported Fearne.

She continued: ‘Everyone needs a Davina. She’s been amazing, weird that we had the same health thing going on at the same time. She’s so calming and we speak every day. She is just the best

It comes after Fearne has seemingly made another thinly-veiled dig at her ex-husband as she gushed that she is the happiest she’s ever been in a positive update.

Speaking to Scott Mills on his BBC Radio 2 breakfast show, Fearne gushed that she is ‘really happy’ and is ‘springing out of bed in the morning ready for life’.

Scott, who has known Fearne for 25 years, said he has never seen her ‘more positive or happier’, prompting Fearne to agree and reply: ‘Yeah I feel great!’

She told how her health scare has changed her outlook and said she has been seeking comfort from Davina.
