Kylie opens up about post-baby plans for herself.

Kylie Kelce speaks openly about motherhood and body changes. The wife of former NFL star Jason Kelce talked about her future plans on a recent episode of her podcast, Not Gonna Lie. While celebrating Galentine’s Day with her college friends Amber and Gab, she shared that she plans to get breast surgery after she finishes having children.

The conversation started after the group watched a clip of a woman showing friends her results after surgery. Kylie quickly related to the moment. “Really, my plan is we’re gonna end up doing this,” she told her friends. “I already know that.”

Kylie and Jason have four daughters together. They welcomed their youngest daughter, Finnley, in March 2025. Their other daughters, Wyatt, Elliotte, and Bennett, were born between 2019 and 2023. After going through four pregnancies, Kylie said she already has an idea of what she wants to do later.

“To be clear, there is a rough plan that eventually I will put my boobs back where they belong because — four kids. That’s all I have to say about that!” Kylie said during the episode. She laughed with her friends as they talked through what that future reveal might look like.

Kylie said she will not rush the process. She plans to wait until everything settles before she celebrates the results. “We’ll make a TikTok,” she added, hinting at how she might share the update with fans.

The timing depends on whether she and Jason decide to grow their family again. Jason addressed that question last September during an appearance on Bussin’ with the Boys. “Kylie said she wanted five,” Jason said. “So we’re at four now, and I think we’ll see. That might be it.”

Kylie has not shared any specific timeline. She said it is something she may consider later, not right now. At the moment, she is busy raising her four young daughters and handling everyday family life.
