The Bravo titan addressed ongoing speculation that he went under the knife before co-hosting CNN’s New Year’s Eve Live special with longtime friend Anderson Cooper.

“I am so flattered,” Andy said about the buzz surrounding his transformation during the Jan. 5 episode of SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live. “I love the speculation that I have dramatically changed my face.”

However, the 57-year-old clarified that he did not undergo plastic surgery, but instead simply got the “teeniest bit of Botox” and “four minor veneers” on his front teeth for the glow-up.

Moreover, Andy noted that he was trying something new with his makeup that night, opting to go heavier than usual with his bronzer.

“Anderson’s makeup gal comes in and she’s like, ‘Are you OK?’” he recalled. “I’m like, “Yeah, warm me up a little bit. Give me some more tanner.’”

Looking back at his decision, Andy added with a laugh, “There were a lot of comments that were like, ‘Wow. This is a beaten-down lady.’”

Indeed, 2025 was a year of change for Andy. In addition to his cosmetic touch-ups, the Watch What Happens Live host said he lost “a good chunk of weight” by “micro-dosing” a GLP-1, a class of type-2 diabetes medications sold under brand names like Ozempic and Mounjaro, which many in Hollywood have been using to slim down.

“I was really unhappy with my weight,” Andy—who is dad to son Ben, 6, and daughter Lucy, 3—shared during a September episode of his radio show. “My doctor and I talked about this last year, had recommended a GLP-1 a few times to not only address what I was feeling about my weight, but treat plaque in my arteries and high blood pressure.”

“This is a medication that actually is beneficial to a lot of elements of health,” he continued, “and I finally said ‘yes.’”

Andy added that he also dropped the pounds by cutting out “excess snacking” and adhering to a “pretty rigorous” workout routine.

As he noted, “My fitness has never been better.”
