ANDY Cohen has never dodged sensitive topics when hosting, but the upcoming Traitors reunion with Colton Underwood may even test the Bravo boss’ limits.

When The Traitors cast sits down for their explosive reckoning in February, the former Bachelor will be in the hot seat and will face questions about his legally rocky past.

However, he may not give the answers fans are looking for – as the reality star might not be able to give any answers at all.

Due to the murky conditions set in his restraining order settlement with ex Cassie Randolph, there are certain topics Colton, 33, is barred from talking about on TV, The U.S. Sun can reveal.

“Almost all of the cast found out about Colton’s stalking history and restraining orders after the show and it completely changed their perspective on him.

“They had no idea and he is going to face a lot of heat at the reunion and have to answer for things from both his cast mates and from Andy.”

However, there’s a major catch.

According to the source, Colton is legally prohibited from publicly discussing his ex, Cassie, 30, due to terms set during the settlement of the restraining order.

“What he’ll answer for exactly is unclear because Colton cannot talk about Cassie publicly at all.

“It’s something she made sure was added in the court papers for them to settle the restraining order issue.”

Due to that legal wall, complications for planning the reunion has already erupted behind the scenes.

“Because of the court orders, Colton won’t be able to talk about it at the reunion and has told producers that already.

“Andy is not one to shy away from topics so he is figuring out how to make it work to give the audience what they want while understanding he is legally limited.”

“It’s frustrating for production because this has been such a huge talking point and they don’t want to ignore it,” the insider added.

THORN COVERED ROSE

Colton and Cassie first met when she was a contestant on his Bachelor season in 2019.

While he never got down on one knee, he maintained he wanted to spend his life with her and they dated for the following year before breaking up in May 2020.

Though their split initially appeared amicable, details began to surface that showed the problems Cassie faced behind the scenes.

In September 2020, Cassie was granted a temporary restraining order against Colton after filing in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The order specifically barred him from “harassing, threatening, attacking, or otherwise physically or verbally abusing” Cassie, as well as staying away from her home, workplace, her vehicle, and her family’s homes.

Cassie’s filing also included detailed claims, which described Colton’s alleged conduct as stalking and harassment which began in June 2020, shortly after their breakup.

The filing claimed he sent her repeated unwanted text messages, calls, instances of showing up at or near her residence, showing up at the residence of her family member’s in the middle of the night, and even allegedly secretly placed a tracking device on her car.

At an October 2020 hearing, the restraining order was extended pending further negotiations.

Ultimately, court records indicate that Cassie requested the temporary restraining order be dismissed in early November 2020 after the parties reached a private settlement.

Because of that legal agreement and the terms she requested in the original filings, Colton is legally restricted from discussing specific details of the matter, especially those directly involving Cassie, in public forums or televised settings.

While Colton has not been able to speak out much on the issue, he did admit that he “messed up” in his Netflix series, Coming Out Colton.

“I made a lot of bad choices. I put a poor girl through hell of my own insecurities,” he said in the 2021 docuseries that was released shortly after he publicly came out.
