Arch Manning in uniform

Arch Manning has seemingly played his final game for Texas.

Is Arch Manning headed out from Texas?

Te dynamic young quarterback entered his college career with high expectations. He could never beat out Quinn Ewers, but he got his chance once he went into the NFL. Manning struggled out of the gate in his first three games. He threw for 579 yards and six touchdowns compared to three interceptions.

His following nine games showed that the hype was real. He threw for 2,363 yards and 18 touchdowns. Now the focus shifts to whether Arch will be back in college for the 2026 season.

A significant shake-up is anticipated to occur solely based on Arch Manning’s social media behavior. Manning’s first season as Texas football’s full-time starting quarterback ended with a Citrus Bowl victory.

The 14th-ranked Longhorns defeated No. 17 Michigan on Wednesday in the Citrus Bowl. The win improved Manning’s record to 12-3 as the Longhorns’ starting quarterback in his career. That is where things might stop.

Following the game, Manning was caught on the sidelines mouthing words to himself. Arch Manning allegedly said, “I’m just gonna stop giving a f-ck.” Nobody knew exactly what that meant at the time.

Manning spoke to the media before the bowl game about his future. “I felt like I developed a lot this year, especially towards the back half, and I want to keep it going,” Manning said.

“There’s no reason to leave. I feel like I got a lot more football left to play, and excited to still be a part of this team.”

On social media, it appears that he might be headed for another college program. Manning took to his Instagram story and posted a sad face emoji, along with a picture of himself and WR Parker Livingstone.

That seems to suggest that Arch might be reminiscing and could be on his way out of town.

Not to mention, days before the bowl game, Manning was spotted at an Irish Pub in Tuscaloosa. It led many to think that he might head to Alabama. We’ll just have to wait and see what he does in the near future.
