New Bachelorette Season Coming In 2026

A new season of The Bachelor typically airs in January. But not in the upcoming new year. ABC made a major shakeup to the popular dating franchise. The flagship show will return for Season 30 at some point, but not until after a new Bachelorette season.

Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Taylor Frankie Paul was chosen as the next lead. The divorced single mother shares two children with her ex-husband. She had a third child in 2024 with her ex-boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen. They ended their on/off relationship in early 2025 and she’s ready to find love again.

ABC cast 26 men as potential suitors, though not all of them are guaranteed a spot after the first night. Taylor Frankie Paul’s non-negotiable is living in Utah near her kids. Season 22 kicks off on Sunday, March 22, 2026.

Taylor Frankie Paul’s Final 3 Men Revealed

Not much is known yet about Taylor Frankie Paul’s season of The Bachelorette so far. Filming began in late October. She was spotted making out with different suitors during public dates. The Hulu star recently teased a happy ending to her season.

We know more about the ending of the season than the beginning and middle. A Bachelor Nation fan posted on social media the final three men, as reported by Reality Steve. The first finalist is Doug Mason, 28. Shane Parton, 27, is another contestant who makes the final three. The third contestant, Lew Evans, 32, lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, giving him a slight advantage over the others.
