HILLARY Clinton’s testimony over Jeffrey Epstein was dramatically derailed after a photo capturing her inside the closed-door deposition leaked.
The former secretary of state appeared to raise her eyebrows in an irritated scowl as she was questioned over her relationship with the disgraced financier.

Conservative influencer Benny Johnson sparked chaos after sharing the picture with his over four million followers on X.
In the post, Johnson said he was sent the snap by Republican Representative Lauren Boebert, who is present at the deposition.
“Clinton does not look happy,” he wrote.
In the blurry photo, Clinton, dressed in a blue jacket, could be seen staring ahead icily as she sat at a table with the Republican-led House Committee.
The leak led to a brief pause in proceedings, as Clinton’s spokesperson said it defied their agreements.
Clinton spoke outside of the Chappaqua Performing Arts Center after the hearing as she addressed the leaked photo.
She criticised Boebert for sharing the snap and said once she saw it had gone on viral on social media her team asked to pause the hearing briefly.
Clinton repeated calls for reporters to be allowed into the room as she said she tried to be as honest as possible with her answers.
Boebert was defiant as she left the room following the image. Asked why she had shared the photo, she replied, “Why not?”
She also responded sarcastically, saying she admired Clinton’s blue suit and wanted to show it to everyone.
Clinton answered questions from reporters as she explained she told those in attendance clearly: “I did not know Jeffrey Epstein.”
She went on to say the deposition turned rather bizarre at the end as she was asked about UFOs and the Pizzagate conspiracy theory which she described as “vile”.
A defiant Clinton said just before she returned home that she has no plans on attending another hearing as she has said all she knows.
Democrats are pushing for the transcript and video of Clinton’s testimony to be released within 24 hours.
Representative James Comer, who is leading the committee, previously said the meeting was being recorded, but added the video would first be reviewed by Clinton and her lawyers.
Clinton opened the hearing with a scorched-earth attack on the committee, which is investigating her over 700 mentions in the Epstein files as well as the disturbing pictures of her husband Bill.
She called the handling of the Epstein probe an “institutional failure” and accused lawmakers of protecting the powerful instead of helping victims.
Clinton also accused the committee of turning the case into a political distraction instead of focusing on Donald Trump’s moves as president.

The former secretary of state vowed she had no knowledge of Epstein’s or his business partner Ghislaine Maxwell’s sickening sex crimes.
Meanwhile, Trump has blasted Clinton for taking shots at him over the controversy, and has insisted he has nothing to hide.
“I have nothing to hide, I’ve been exonerated, I have nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein,” he told reporters earlier this month.
“They’re getting pulled in, and that’s their problem, we’ll have to see what happens,” he said of the Clintons.
“She seriously has Trump derangement syndrome.”
Neither Trump nor Clinton have been accused of any wrongdoing or hit with charges related to Epstein.
Clinton’s scathing attack
After months of delays and no-shows, Clinton finally sat down for her questioning at one of her homes in Chappaqua, New York.
Though she was mentioned hundreds of times in the files, most of them were news articles about her 2016 presidential campaign that had been shared with Epstein.
In her opening statement, Clinton said, “I had no idea about their criminal activities. I do not recall ever encountering Mr. Epstein.”
She went further, adding that she never flew on his plane or visited his island, homes or offices and said, “I have nothing to add to that.”
She has previously acknowledged interacting with Maxwell at Clinton Foundation events, while insisting that what she knows is limited.
She blasted the inquiry as partisan political theater, telling the panel that congressional investigations too often become an abdication of duty rather than a search for truth.
Clinton also accused the committee of running a sham process, saying it had held zero public hearings and refused to let the media attend, including today.
Clinton said the way the probe has been handled was meant to shield one political party and one public official rather than seek justice for victims and survivors.

She went further by arguing Republicans were trying to steer attention toward her and away from Trump’s own ties to Epstein.
“If this Committee is serious about learning the truth about Epstein’s trafficking crimes, it would not rely on press gaggles to get answers from our current president on his involvement; it would ask him directly under oath about the tens of thousands of times he shows up in the Epstein files.”
Trump has also said he knew nothing about Epstein’s crimes and cut ties with him before Epstein’s 2008 conviction.
Comer also pushed back on the idea that the deposition was about protecting Trump, saying the committee’s evidence does not implicate him.
Clinton also claimed a serious committee would demand answers about why files were being withheld and why prosecutors gave Epstein what she called a system that let him get away with his crimes in 2008.
“What is being held back? Who is being protected? And why the cover-up?” she asked.
At another point, Clinton said her heart breaks for the survivors and added, “I am furious on their behalf.”
She also aimed at Republicans over the wider probe, saying lawmakers had made little effort to call the people who appear most prominently in the Epstein files.
And in a swipe at the panel’s handling of prior witnesses, she noted that when Les Wexner appeared, not a single Republican Member showed up for his deposition.
Clinton laid out what she said the committee should be doing instead, fully releasing the files.
She added that the committee should be questioning prosecutors about why Epstein got a sweetheart deal, and hauling in current administration figures such as Secretary Rubio and Attorney General Bondi.
But outside the room, Comer tried to show the probe could also reach Republicans, telling reporters it was “very possible” Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick could be called to testify.
Lutnick was Epstein’s neighbor in New York and case files showed the two had interactions after the point when Lutnick said he had cut ties.

BILL CLINTON TO APPEAR TOMORROW
Bill Clinton is due to appear tomorrow as lawmakers press both Clintons about their past links to Jeffrey Epstein.
The panel is probing ties to convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and his longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell.
Freshly released images also showed Bill Clinton in Epstein’s orbit, including in a pool and in social photos tied to Maxwell and other famous names.
Another image showed a painting of the former president in a blue dress and red heels hanging inside Epstein’s Manhattan home.
Bill Clinton spokesman Angel Ureña blasted the picture dump, saying, “They can release as many grainy 20-plus-year-old photos as they want, but this isn’t about Bill Clinton. Never has, never will be.”
The wider release also dragged Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor back into view, with DOJ images showing him with Maxwell.
Comer says the testimony is key to understanding how Epstein and Maxwell “sought to curry favor and influence to shield themselves from scrutiny.”
The committee’s subpoenas were approved last summer and formally issued in August 2025, Oversight says.
Comer signaled the session could drag on for hours, telling reporters it would be a long day and that Oversight Committee members planned to come out roughly every hour to update the public.
The session is being recorded, meaning any video won’t be seen publicly until it’s released later.
CLINTONS CAVED
Hillary’s deposition was first set for October 2025, then moved to December after her lawyers asked for delays.
Bill’s was also pushed back, and both later refused to lock in January dates requested by the committee.
Follow-on subpoenas were issued with new dates in mid-January, and the committee says both Clintons failed to appear.
That triggered a bipartisan Oversight vote on January 21 to advance contempt resolutions against them.
Comer said the vote was meant to send a message that “no one is above the law.”
On February 3, Comer announced the Clintons “caved” and agreed to filmed, transcribed depositions later this month.
The closed-door showdown ends a six-month standoff between the couple and the Republican-led panel.
The probe is fueled in part by Bill Clinton’s past contact with Epstein, including travel on Epstein’s private jet in the early 2000s.
Bill Clinton has acknowledged flying on Epstein’s private jet four times in 2002 and 2003.
A separate set of resurfaced images also shows Bill Clinton receiving a shoulder massage from Chauntae Davies, an Epstein accuser, during a 2002 trip.
Committee paperwork says Clinton attended a dinner with Maxwell in 2014, years after reports tied her to Epstein’s abuse.
Hillary was subpoenaed in part over her hiring of Alexander Djerassi, Maxwell’s nephew, for her 2008 campaign and later at the State Department.
Neither Bill nor Hillary Clinton has been charged with wrongdoing in connection with Epstein.
Epstein died in jail in 2019 while awaiting trial, and Maxwell is serving a 20-year federal sentence.
Outside the file dump, Hillary has also faced questions over Maxwell’s appearance at a 2013 Clinton Global Initiative conference.
CNN previously reported Maxwell was listed as an honored guest there years after public civil allegations had already surfaced against her.
Maxwell appeared for a House deposition on February 9, but refused to answer questions by invoking the Fifth Amendment.
The committee also questioned retail billionaire Les Wexner on February 18, with Democrats saying he downplayed his ties and offered little new.
Two more Epstein insider accountant Richard Kahn and lawyer Darren Indyke, have depositions set for March, according to a report on the committee’s schedule.
