Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

Jake Paul breaks his silence after Anthony Joshua’s car accident.

They might be rivals in the ring, but Jake Paul is looking past that when it comes to Anthony Joshua.

Joshua suffered minor injuries in a 𝘊𝘢𝘳 𝘊𝘳𝘢𝘴𝘩 in Nigeria on Monday that killed two other passengers. His incident occurred around 11 a.m. local time near Sagamu.

“The vehicle conveying Anthony Joshua, a Lexus SUV, was involved in the accident under circumstances that are currently being investigated,” local police said in a statement. “He was seated in the rear of the vehicle, sustained minor injuries and receiving medical attention. Tragically, two other passengers in the vehicle lost their lives at the scene.”

Two people who died as a result of the 𝘊𝘳𝘢𝘴𝘩 are ‘male foreign nationals’, the Ogun State government has said. They have been identified as the personal trainer and his Strength & Conditioning Coach. Their names were Sina Evovle and Latz.

Joshua was in the country to celebrate the new year following his bout against Jake Paul earlier this month.
