Dondre Whitfield has hit out against fake rumors of his daughter being pregnant with partner Bronny James.

The 56-year-old actor furiously addressed the speculation after an Instagram post by ‘TrendingSportPod’ claimed that his daughter, Parker Whitfield, is expecting a baby with the LA Lakers guard.

The post in question was titled,

“LeBron James is about to be a Grandpa after news confirmed Bronny James’ girlfriend Parker Whitfield is pregnant.”

Whitfield slammed the fake report, commenting:

“What dumb ass believes this???”

His response comes after social media was flooded with claims that Bronny James had become a father, largely fueled by @HoopsCrave, a parody account known for posting fake news.

There was no evidence to suggest the Lakers superstar’s son had become a father, and neither he nor his girlfriend Whitfield shared any announcement or indication to that effect.

All of HoopsCrave’s posts are clearly absurd, part of a growing trend that mimics the style of legitimate news posts. And few people still fall for it presents itself as a parody version of the media news company Pop Crave.

As of Dec. 15, the post has 6.7 million views and 73K likes on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Bronny James’ and Parker Whitfield’s love continues to grow.

Bronny James’ relationship with Parker Whitfield is going strong, as the couple celebrated three major events in the past three months.

The couple confirmed their relationship last year, following months of rumors that began after James and Whitfield attended the Paris Olympics in 2024.

They marked their first anniversary on Aug. 1, with James posting an intimate picture celebrating their “anniversary dinner.”

On Sept. 2, for Whitfield’s 21st birthday, James melted her heart with a sweet Instagram tribute. A month later, Bronny turned 21, and Whitfield returned the love with a heartfelt tribute.

On the court, Bronny is having a much-improved year compared to his rookie season.
