Charlie Kirk might be controversial, but he did not deserve what happened to him on Wednesday.

The T.r.ump ally was sh0t at an event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, on Wednesday.

The extent of Kirk’s injuries was not immediately clear, but footage certainly showed that he took a direct hit to his neck as blood came pouring out.

Kirk, who once invited Kyle Rittenhouse to his show after he was acquitted in November 2021 of homicide, is one of the most prominent pro-T.r.ump activists and conservative media personalities in the United States.

In video posts circulating on social media, Kirk can be seen getting struck while speaking while seated underneath a tent.

Wider footage shows that hundreds of people were in front of Charlie Kirk, which means a sh00ter was quite a distance away when he sh0t him.

Utah governor, Spencer Cox, posted on X after the incident that he would “continue to share updates” and that “those responsible will be held fully accountable.”

Close-up video of the sh00ting has since emerged. We won’t post it here because of its graphic nature but it can easily be found with a search on X/Twitter.

Kirk, a conservative media personality, was sh0t at Utah Valley University while speaking at an event on campus on Wednesday.

A spokesperson for Turning Point USA confirmed that Kirk d!ed following the sh00ting. “Charlie went to his eternal reward with Jesus Christ in Heaven,” the group, which Kirk cofounded, said in a statement.

Plain clothes police officers were said to be in the crowd, but not much they could do about somebody sh00ting from 200 yards away, which is what has been reported.

In the wake of his shocking d3ath, many loved ones and friends of Kirk have taken to social media to speak about the type of person he was.

Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker, who posted a message about Kirk following the news, was one of them. He took to his X account and posted the final text message he received from Charlie Kirk, which was sent in October 2024.

It was a bible verse from Philippians 3:14.
