P0lice are investigating the mysterious d3ath of a Texas A&M student who di3d after a football tailgate.

Austin p0lice responded to a report of an unresponsive individual at an apartment complex on Saturday.

Brianna Aguilera was pronounced d3ad at the scene, according to p0lice.

The department released an updated statement Tuesday that said they do not believe they are looking at a homicide, given the current facts in the case.

Aguilera’s mother, Stephanie Rodriguez, told KSAT on Monday that she’s received inconsistent answers from the Austin P0lice Department.

‘Multiple detectives continue to interview witnesses, gather evidence, and work carefully through the details of the incident,’ read the p0lice press release. ‘At this stage in the investigation, the facts obtained do not indicate that this is a homicide.

‘This case continues to be treated strictly as a d3ath investigation, and there is no evidence to suggest or support any suspicious or criminal circumstances surrounding Ms. Aguilera’s passing,’ the press release continued. ‘The cause of d3ath will be determined by the Travis County Medical Examiner’s Office.’

Rodriguez claims officers told her that Aguilera jumped to her d3ath from the 17th floor of an off-campus apartment building.

‘There are a lot of inconsistencies with the story,’ Rodriguez responded.

‘He told me they said she jumped, and then he told me that the friends said they didn’t know her whereabouts.’

Rodriguez told the publication that Brianna Aguilera wasn’t suicidal and was instead hopeful about becoming a lawyer.

She further added that at least one of the 15 people inside the apartment at the time of her d3ath knows more about the tragedy.

The heartbroken mom thinks text messages on her daughter’s phone may be the key to solving her d3ath.

‘There was a fight that happened between my daughter and another girl, and they were all staying in the same apartment that I have actual text messages of, and the detective just disregarded them,’ she said.

The investigation into her d3ath is still ongoing.
