Brittany Mahomes had a heartwarming reaction to Taylor Swift’s significant news announcement on Friday.

On Friday, Taylor Swift announced that she bought back the rights to the master recordings for her first six albums from Shamrock Capital. This means Swift now has complete control over her entire music catalog, ending a six-year feud with Scooter Braun.

The world’s biggest music star announced the big news through an Instagram post that directed fans to her website. Brittany Mahomes moved quickly to voice her support for Swift, writing “Just so amazing” on her Instagram story with the happy tears and heart emojis.

Patrick and Brittany Mahomes have formed a strong friendship with Swift, the girlfriend of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. Swift and Kelce have been dating for nearly two years, with the former confirming their relationship when she attended the Chiefs’ Week 3, 2023 home game against the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead Stadium.

Brittany Mahomes and Taylor Swift are often spotted sitting together in the suites during Chiefs games. Patrick Mahomes and Kelce, of course, also have a very close relationship as the league’s best pass-catching duo of the past seven years.

The Chiefs will kick off their 2025 season against the AFC West rival Los Angeles Chargers on Sept. 5. The game will be played at Arena Corinthians in São Paulo, Brazil, as part of the NFL International Series.

Swift completed her “Eras Tour” in Vancouver, British Columbia, in December. She hasn’t announced any tour plans for 2025 or 2026 yet, so it’s safe to assume she’ll be at the majority of Kansas City Chiefs games this season.
