Caitlin Clark.

That was odd, Caitlin.

Caitlin Clark continues her busy WNBA offseason. After joining NBC’s coverage crew for the 2025-26 NBA season, the Indiana Fever star paused her broadcasting duties to join Team USA for the FIBA World Cup qualifiers.

Clark and Co. dominated Italy on Saturday, securing a 93-59 win to improve to 3-0 in the tournament. She scored 12 points and dished out five assists. Once the game finished, footage of the squad walking off the court toward the locker room emerged.

In the clip, Clark seemed to avoid reporters and put her face right up to the advertising board while Paige Bueckers and Angel Reese walked behind her.

The clip has racked up over 120K views in hours, with plenty of fans wondering what the former No. 1 pick thought before pulling out that move.

“lol what was caitlin doing,” one fan said.

“Why did she do that,” another fan said.

“Cc what are you doing,” a third fan wrote.

“CC hiding like to avoid being interview,” a fourth fan said.

“LOL Caitlin hiding like she has a photo exclusive with People Magazine or something,” a fifth fan wrote.

“lol. Look at CC trying to hide from questions!” a sixth fan added.

Clark has made headlines during her time with the national team. She seemingly snubbed Angel Reese during a game, raising eyebrows around the WNBA world. It doesn’t seem that there is bad blood between them, especially with Team USA racking up more wins.
