While Stumble has built up a dedicated fan base, the show has struggled in the ratings department in the months since its premiere.

According to TV Ratings Guide, the show falls into the “Leans Cancellation” category ahead of NBC making decisions on what shows to keep and which to cut.

On a Reddit thread dedicated to Stumble, fans started a discussion thread about the possibility that the show could get the axe.

“Stumble – We Need Season 2 – Save the Show Campaign,” the thread title read.

In it, a loyal Stumble viewer suggested, “We need a season 2!!!! The time to act is now.

“It’s pilot season and within a month the network will decide on picking up Stumble for a season two or picking up a season for one of the pilots [they’re] working on right now.

“My life isn’t fully complete without it. This show brings everything. It’s warm, funny, and the characters are relatable to so many people!”

They went on to suggest that fans write letters to Pearlena Igbokwe, Chairman of NBC and Peacock Scripted Shows.

Other Stumble fans appeared to be in agreement, with one cheering, “SEA-SON 2!!!! SEA-SON 2!!!! SEA-SON 2!!! SEA-SON 2!!!!”

“If you have a family account, use every profile you can/make new if you have room and watch it on each. Those count as unique views!” another fan suggested.

Earlier this year, Stumble was bumped into the coveted Monday night TV spot.

It took the place of The Office spin-off, The Paper which was renewed for a second season despite the move.

No official decision has been made about Season 2 of Stumble at this point.

NBC is expected to announce show renewals and cancellations in the coming weeks.
