Sherrone Moore turned violent before he was arrested.
Sherrone Moore appears to be a broken man in more ways than one. Moore was taken into custody on Wednesday. This occurred after he was fired as the head coach of the University of Michigan football team.
He made his day go from bad to worse with his alleged behavior.
The Athletic’s Chris Vannini reported what was revealed during his court proceedings. The prosecutor asserted that Moore is accused of grabbing butter knives and a pair of kitchen scissors. He then threatened to kill himself at the house of the woman with whom he reportedly had a relationship.
The 39-year-old traveled to the home of a woman he was allegedly stalking and forcing his way inside.
“I’m going to kill myself. I’m going to make you watch. My blood is on your hands. You ruined my life,” Sherrone Moore allegedly said. Moore was taken to a mental health facility for evaluation instead.
Before getting to her home, Moore learned that the school was firing him. It was for “engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a staff member.”

This follows his arrest on Wednesday after a 911 call was placed from a woman. She reported that a man was attacking her in a Pittsfield Township apartment. Moore was later detained and reportedly put in protective custody by mental health professionals.
During the arraignment, prosecutors stated that Moore and the victim “had an intimate relationship for a number of years.” The victim ended their relationship on Monday, but Moore was ready. He reportedly continued to make numerous calls and send texts to which the victim did not respond.
The victim reported this to the University of Michigan, which led to Sherrone Moore’s firing.
Moore’s bond was set at $25,000. Once released, he must wear a GPS tracking device to monitor his location. He must also undergo mental health treatment and have no contact with the victim.
