Baltimore Ravens star running back Derrick Henry set his fair share of Florida high school records, many of which seemed unbreakable.

While many of Derrick Henry’s high school records are here to stay for the long run, one of is more impressive records is no more. Over in Jacksonville, a high school sophomore one of the future Hall of Famer’s most impressive single-game feats.

Per 1010XL & 92.5 FM in Jacksonville, sophomore Xander Edwards of The Bolles School (a private boarding school in Jacksonville), rushed for eight touchdowns in a 73-48 victory over Baldwin.

Those eight rushing scores are a new Florida state high school record, breaking Derrick Henry’s previous mark of six.

Per The Sporting News, Henry holds the national record for high school rushing yards with 12,124. He averaged 252.6 rushing yards per game at Yulee High School and racked up 153 total rushing TDs.

The two-time rushing champion is off to another strong start with 242 rushing yards and three touchdowns over Baltimore’s first three games. But Henry has uncharacteristically fumbled once in each game, with his mistakes proving costly in the Weeks 1 and 3 losses to the Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions, respectively.

Baltimore needs Henry at his best on Sunday, because the Ravens must defeat the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium if they’re to avoid a 1-3 start. For what it’s worth, Patrick Mahomes boasts a 5-1 record against Lamar Jackson.
