Alix Earle has been working hard during her time on Dancing With the Stars, including during intense rehearsals that have sent her crashing to the floor–but some viewers are now casting an eye on her to have her cut from the competition after a resurfaced controversy from her past.
The TikTok star has been one of the more impressive celebrities this season on the show, with routines that have largely impressed the judges and seen her trend close to the top of the leaderboard each week.
However, while some fans have been cheering her on and speculating if she is engaged or not to longtime boyfriend Braxton Berrios, others are now calling for her to be eliminated from the show after digging up a scandal from her past.
Earle rose to fame in 2020 with her “Get Ready With Me” series of videos, and has been involved in several high profile partnerships and sponsorship deals since.
Unfortunately, a lawsuit from one deal that went south has caused some fans to call for her to be the next celeb cut from the ABC show.

Taking to Reddit, a viewer shared a reminder of a suit Earle filed against U.K. fitness brand GymShark in 2024, after she claimed the company breached a contract they had with her for a partnership deal by firing her at the end of 2023 over pro-Israel social media posts.
Earle sued for $1 million in damages over the early termination for the collaboration, claiming they had agreed to initially pay her that amount in exchange for three TikTok posts, four Instagram posts, a photoshoot and an event.
The suit was later settled out of court, though Earle claimed the post that was questioned–where she shared support for Israel after the October 7 attacks by Hamas, had been available before the deal was agreed upon.
Now, with the war still in the spotlight after a potential peace agreement has been reached, some viewers shared that the incident was enough to leave them dosgusted by Earle, saying they hoped she’d be the next one out of the DWTS competition as a result.

“I would LOVE to hear her surely very well informed opinions on geopolitics,” one person wrote on the Reddit thread.
“I haven’t voted for her once but now I sure won’t in the future,” another said.
“Alic has been involved in so many scandals it’s hard to keep track of,” a third added.
“She never has ans neber will have my votes,” a fourth commented.

“Darn! I was liking her this season. I have no context for who she is/potential scandals, but her dancing had won me over. No more votes for her I guess,” a fifth chimed in.
Others shared that they didn’t particularly care about her view on the war in Gaza, but felt she should go for other reasons, like a lack of chemistry with her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, that they found made her unmemorable.
“I don’t know why people want her in the finale so badly. She has no connection to the audience, no chemistry with Val. She kinds just does her own thing and hopes to get the moves down,” one person wrote.
“I fear she also has no personality on the show, she is so bland compared to say whitney or elaine,” a second said.

Earle isn’t the only person on the Season 34 cast who has been deemed controversial by some fans though.
Corey Feldman, who was one of the first celebs cut from the competition, was seen as controversial in the beginning afterhe seemingly skipped out on rehearsals ahead of the first week.
Hilaria Baldwin, who had her own past scandals haunting her throughout the season, was then eliminated from the show in week four.
