DWTS viewers have their favorite and their least-favorite celebrity contestants every season. It’s a given that fans will vote for their favorites regardless of how they perform on the dance floor. But one eliminated celebrity from Season 34 is claiming that viewers conspired against her to get her kicked off the show. Keep reading for more on the shocking accusation.
DWTS Loser Accuses Fans Of Conspiring Against Her
DWTS is a competition where there can only be one winner. Fans know this. Celebrities know this. The eliminations get harder and harder each week. The eliminations early in the season are easy, as viewers send home their least favorite celebrity.
Influencer Hilaria Baldwin was among the first contestants sent home in Season 34. Her dancing wasn’t necessarily worse than everyone else’s. She was paired with Gleb Savchenko, and their scores were average. Unfortunately, she didn’t win over viewers and was sent home on Disney Night.

Shortly after her elimination, she claimed that she was “bullied” off the show. Now she’s doubling down on the accusation and saying that viewers conspired against her to get her voted off.
She recently spoke to E! News about her time on the ABC reality show. Hilaria Baldwin said she enjoyed her time on DWTS but felt her elimination was unfair. She accused viewers of having a “strategy” for sending home celebrities they don’t like.
They’ll get together and they’ll vote for everybody else besides the couple that they don’t like. They basically push up everybody else’s votes to be able to drown down the couple that they don’t want to make it,” she claimed.
Alec Baldwin’s wife also claimed that contestants from previous seasons were glad to get booted off. “I’ve talked to some people who didn’t have a good time doing the show, and they were like, ‘Oh my god, I was so excited when I got off.’ That wasn’t my experience, because I had the best time,” Hilaria told the outlet.
Controversial Winner Weighs In
No other winner in the history of DWTS is as controversial as Bobby Bones. The radio show host won Season 27 with his pro partner, Sharna Burgess. His win caused the show to change the voting rules. DWTS implemented a Judges Save, as well as limiting voting to when the show airs on the East Coast only.
He reacted to Hilaria Baldwin’s claim that she was bullied off the show. “As somebody who was treated like crap by the hardcore fans of the show, yeah, bullying happens. But you don’t get bullied off the show. You get kicked off the show because nobody voted for you,” he said on TikTok.
Two celebrities leave the Los Angeles, California, studio this week. Tonight’s episode (Tuesday, October 21) will have a double elimination after no one was sent home last week. Tell us in the comments if you think viewers scheme to vote off their least favorite celebrities.
