Ros Gold-Onwude might be turning 40 soon, but she stays in tip-top shape year-round to give the younger girls a run for their money.

Many know her for her broadcasting career, but Gold-Onwude has a sports background: She played college basketball at Stanford and on the Nigerian national team.

Gold-Onwude covers NBA basketball on ESPN’s TV, digital, and radio platforms and is a fill-in host of First Take with Stephen A. Smith each week.

While the NBA playoffs are going on, Gold-Onwude found time to have some fun in the sun while in Miami, Florida.

Once the sun went down, Ros Gold-Onwude removed her blkini to slip on a denim romper, which also displayed her legs in full display.
