DOLLY Parton’s sister has pleaded with fans to pray for the country singer after the star canceled multiple appearances due to a health crisis.

The 9-to-5 hitmaker has been struggling with her health for weeks, forcing her to bow out of numerous scheduled gigs.

Now, it appears things are more serious than fans thought, as her sister, Frieda Parton, begged for prayers for Dolly in an emotional Facebook post on Tuesday.

Alongside a photo of the singer, dressed in full glam and gazing up at the sky with prayer hands, Frieda penned an emotional message.

“Last night, I was up all night praying for my sister, Dolly. Many of you know she hasn’t been feeling her best lately. I truly believe in the power of prayer, and I have been lead to ask all of the world that loves her to be prayer warriors and pray with me.

Frieda’s post continued, “She’s strong, she’s loved, and with all the prayers being lifted for her, I know in my heart she’s going to be just fine. Godspeed, my sissy Dolly. We all love you!”

Fans rushed to the comments to send their healing thoughts to the family and offer their hopes for Dolly’s speedy recovery.

CANCELED GIGS

Dolly’s devoted followers knew that the 79-year-old’s health had been declining after she backed out of several upcoming performances.

Last week, the Tennessee native announced she was forced to postpone her Las Vegas residency after dealing with a number of “health challenges.”

Dolly’s shows were scheduled for six dates in early December at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

However, singer Tim McGraw has since taken her place, leaving Dolly more time to recuperate for her rescheduled show dates in September 2026.

In her message to fans, Dolly explained that she couldn’t perform due to doctor’s orders and had to undergo “a few procedures.”

She assured fans that she would be back on stage soon, writing, “And don’t worry about me quittin’ the business because God hasn’t said anything about stopping yet.

“He is telling me to slow down right now so I can be ready for more big adventures with all of you. I love you and thank you for understanding.”

‘JUST CAN’T DO IT TODAY’

These were some of a string of appearances that Dolly canceled recently due to her health issues.

Weeks earlier, Dolly had to bail on an appearance at her famed amusement park, Dollywood, after suffering from a “kidney stone.”

Dolly’s health problems come just months after her husband Carl Dean sadly died at the age of 82.

The TV star shared sweet words about her late husband of over 60 years in a statement, thanking fans for their sympathy.

She didn’t reveal the cause of Carl’s death, but he had been previously diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.
