Erin Andrews showed incredible strength during an emotional moment this week, revealing heartbreaking news that touched fans and followers across the country. On the latest episode of her podcast Calm Down with Erin and Charissa, the longtime Fox Sports sideline reporter shared that her surrogate had suffered a miscarriage while carrying her second child.
Andrews, 47, didn’t hold back as she spoke about the painful update. After years of struggling with fertility and being open about the highs and lows of her journey to motherhood, the broadcaster offered a raw glimpse into her heartbreak.
She and her husband, former NHL player Jarret Stoll, welcomed their first child, Mack, via surrogacy in 2023 after a long road filled with loss and setbacks.

The emotional news quickly spread online, prompting an overwhelming response from fans and supporters. Social media lit up with heartfelt messages as people offered their sympathy and encouragement.

Listeners heard the emotion in Andrews’ voice as she tried to stay composed during the podcast recording. “We got some real sh—y news today that our surrogate had miscarried,” she said. “I’ve dealt with this before, but things were going really, really well. Her little heartbeat and her numbers were really good.”
Andrews credited work as her anchor during difficult moments. “I’ve just been tearing up the whole time and trying to stay focused,” she told podcast producer Ryan Musick. “But I’m really good at suppressing my feelings and work really helps me with that.”
She also reflected on her journey with honesty and resilience. “We had loss with our first surrogate and then luckily with our second one, we had Mack. I kind of made a promise to myself that I was just going to be honest with people.”
Fans stood by her as she once again navigated the unpredictable road of surrogacy and infertility. One supporter summed it up with three simple words: “Thats Sad!”

As Andrews continues to process the loss, many are sending prayers her way, hoping that the same courage she’s shown publicly will comfort her privately.
Tony Romo (Photo via CBS)
Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is not the most popular guy on TV. That much was apparent while he was calling the Wild Card game between the Broncos and Bills for CBS on Sunday.
Romo, who has done very little to hide how much he admires Buffalo QB Josh Allen, had some praise for the MVP favorite while he was attempting to take his team to the Divisional Round.
Some fans felt like he was being overly gracious, while some simply couldn’t stand him talking in general.
“STFU AGAIN ROMO!!!!!!!!! I’M TIRED OF YOUR BILLS AND CHIEFS GLAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU’RE SICKENING ASF!!!!!!!!!!” an X user wrote.
“Can we start a petition to ban Romo from calling games,” another asked.
“Can Tony Romo get off his kneees for Josh Allen?” someone else chimed in.
“Tv muted when romo starts talking,” a fan claimed.
Tony Romo’s Partner Reached Impressive Milestone
While Romo was getting slammed, his broadcast colleague touched an impressive milestone.
Jim Nantz has been with CBS for over 40 years and reached his 500th game with the network calling Sunday’s fixture.
Nantz and Romo have been working together for seven of those 40 years.

Las Vegas Aces star A’ja Wilson has emerged as one of the most prominent figures in women’s basketball. Her outstanding achievements and dominant performances on the court have boosted her confidence in her skills. However, this confidence has recently caused her some trouble, as NBA fans criticized her for a recent statement she made.
In a recent episode of the “Roommates” show, Wilson stunned both the NBA and WNBA by claiming that she could defeat New York Knicks star Josh Hart in a one-on-one matchup. Additionally, she predicted that the final score would be 11-8.
“Score would be 11-8, me. I’m not saying you gonna go scoreless, 8 to 11 is pretty solid. So, what do you think it’ll be, Josh?” Wilson said.
Although Josh and Wilson both had a good laugh during their conversation, Wilson’s comment stirred up the basketball community. “She’d lose 11-0 w him only playing w his offhand,” one fan said.
